Determination of the migration of bisphenol A, bisphenol F, and bisphenol S in Baijiu contacting materials by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem high resolution mass spectrometry

Abstract

Bisphenol A(BPA), bisphenol F(BPF), and bisphenol S(BPS) in baijiu-to-plastic products was detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem high resolution mass spectrometry.BPA, BPF, and BPS dissolved in the food simulation solution, would migrate to the packing material under a certain time and temperature.They were separated with C18 column, analysed in Full MS/ddMS2 pattern under negative ion mode equiped a heated electrospray ionization source.This method showed a good linearity in the mass concentration range of 2.50-500.00 μg/L (R2>0.990), the recoveries were 95.70%-117.53%, the relative standard deviations were 1.00%-3.55% and the limits of detection of BPS, BPF, and BPA were 0.98, 1.06, 1.12 μg/L, respectively.The method showed high sensitivity, simple operation and high qualitative accuracy suited for the determination of BPA, BPF, and BPS in baijiu contacting plastic products.It would provide effective technical support and theoretical reference for the development of wine and food safety supervision.
