Food and Fermentation Industries (ISSN 0253-990X) is an open-access and double-blind peer-reviewed journal. All content in this journal is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0) License. All articles are published in open access format according to CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 License. Published articles are free to readers permanently on the official website (http://sf1970.cnif.cn/EN/home), allowing users to read, download, copy, print, search, obtain links to the full text of the article, or use for other lawful purposes.

Article Publishing Charge (APC) and Remuneration：
To support open-access publishing and express appreciations to the manuscript reviewers’ hard work, Food and Fermentation Industries collects article publishing charge (APC), which needs to be paid by the author or his institution, fund funded projects, etc.
Submission fee for peer review: 150 RMB per article.
Publication fee: The APC of each article is estimated according to the number of pages (at least 3600 RMB).
After publication, remuneration should be paid and one free copy of the journal will be sent.
