Abstract

For establishment the method with microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption Spectrometry determination of selenium content in rice.The use of microwave digestion for the pre-treatment and 1 mg/mL of magnesium nitrate as a modifier,and finally the use of graphite furnace atomic absorption Spectrometry for the determination of selenium.The selenium content of the regression equation:Y = 0.037 8X-0.005 1 R=0.998 3,the linear range of 2.5-15ng/mL,Minimum detectable value of selenium was 1ng/mL,RSD of precision was 1.64%,RSD of reproducibility was 3.59%,sample recoveries was 92.0%-101.0%.This method was simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and can be used for determination of selenium content in rice.
