Abstract

In order to separation Grifolan using ultrafiltration membrane,which choosing molecular weight cutoff 6.0×104 PS membrane,the membrane flux was better.The orthogonal experimental shown the main factors of effect on membrane flux were temperature of matter and operating pressure.Considering the useful life of membrane and production costs these factors comprehensively,the conclusion was shown that optimum technology are temperature 30℃,operating pressure 0.25MPa using neutral matter.
