Abstract

Single-factor test and L9(34)orthogonal experimental design were used in the study of Rapeseed-meal-sinapine extraction.Sinapine was measured at 388nm spectrometry,OZT was measured by ISO 5504-1983,TITTO was measured by the total phenols, and protein was determined by Kjeldahl's method.Study showed that the primary and secondary factors were: the sample quality, cycles, extraction temperature and extraction time; The optimum conditions were: extraction temperature 140 ℃,static extraction time 15min,3 times extraction, sample quantity 3g.Under the optimum conditions, the dregs of Sinapine yield was 1.8807 %,which was 64.5263% increasing compared to the hot alcohol extraction. The quality of rapeseed meal after ASE extracted was improved.By infrared spectroscopy analysis,it verified that the eigenstructure of sinapine was existed in concentrated freeze-dried extracts.
