Abstract

The solid fermentation conditions of Boletus edulis through soybean residue were studied. The results showed that Boletus edulis mycelium can grow well in the bean residue. The optimum conditions of Boletus edulis my-celium culture are as following: the proportion of soybean residue and corn powder is 8∶ 2,water capacity of materialis 80%,the solt content is 1%,inoculation quantity is 10%,fermentation temperature is 28℃ for 7d culture time. The content of amino acid nitrogen is 1.16% in the fermented material, increased 9.7 times;the content of rough protein is 5.81%,improved 4.2 times, compared with that of original material.
