Abstract

The foodborne pathogens in seafood are serious harm to human health and impede the development of China's seafood industry.Control of pathogens pollution to marine is a priority.Bacillus antimicrobial peptides as a representative of the natural biological agents overcome the limitations of the traditional physical chemistry and Nisin antimicrobial methods, and provide a new train of thought for seafood safety control of foodborne pathogens.Bacillus antimicrobial peptide properties with good food applications capabilities show broad prospects in the seafood foodborne pathogens control. In this paper, the key scientific issues and research strategies of control of Bacillus peptide against seafood foodborne pathogens are briefly analyzed.
