Abstract

Sun dried-green tea and 8th-grade pu-erh tea in Yunnan were used as the raw materials. After isolatated and purified, the antioxidation of TPS1and TPS2 were tested.Antixidation test done with mice showed that TPS1and TPS2 could increase the total antioxidation and hydroxyl free racial antioxidation in mice blood to a certain extent. It had significant effects to reducing the content of MDA,but had no significant effects to XOD content in mice blood. The difference between male and female mice was significant. In vitro antioxidation activity of TPS1and TPS2 were evaluated by DPPH.The results showed the effects of scavenging DPPH free radical was not significant.
