Determination of Polyphenols in Different Hops

Abstract

high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method for determination of small molecule polyphenols in hops was established in this paper.The detection limit of this method was under 1.0mg/L,and the recoveries of the polyphenols were all above 92% and relative standard deviation were all bellow 5%,which suggested that the method was accurate.And using the method in determination of 12 polyphenols in 18 kinds of hops.
