The optimum extraction process of ginger various effective components

Abstract

In order to study the effective extraction of ginger oleoresin,ginger protease and curcumin simultaneous extraction,ethanol solvent combined with rotary evaporation was studied.The ratio of ginger and ethanol liquid ratio was 1∶ 3 g∶ mL),extraction buffer pH 6.5,ice bath time 7h;for the ginger oleoresin and curcumin rotary evaporation,the optimum temperature was 60℃,the rotating speed was 16 r/min.Under the above optimized conditions,gingerol in ginger,curcumin extraction rate was 0.314 3% and 0.388 9%;ginger protease ratio was 1.376%,specific enzymatic activity reached to 4 465 U/mg.This process can simultaneously extract gingerol,curcumin and ginger protease three effective components,reduce the consumption of raw materials,the production cost,and therefore more suitable for industrial production.
