Abstract

The simultaneous release of oil and protein using aqueous enzymatic method is an emerging extraction technology that is green, clean, and can meet the social requirements of sustainable development.The coupling of physical field and aqueous enzymatic method can promote the release of oil and protein, gradually becoming a research hotspot.This article reviewed the technical principles and advantages of physically coupled aqueous enzymatic method, as well as the research progress in synchronous release of oil and protein.It also reviewed the impact of this technology on the protein characteristics in oil-bearing materials, and prospected the current problems and future development.
