Abstract

The supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) for the active volatile compounds in Apium graveolens L.seeds was studied by orthogonal test. The analysis of the volatile compounds in the SFE oil were carried out by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method. The optimum conditions were:extraction pressure 15MPa,extraction temperature 35℃,extraction time 90 min.twenty two compounds were found in SFE oil of Apium graveolens L.seeds and main active compounds were Sedanolide(45.70%),Phthalide(19.72%),Butyl phthalide(8.81%).
