Abstract

Chemical modification is an important method of structural modification for polysaccharides.It is an effective way to enhance the biological activities of polysaccharide and reduce their side effects.In this paper,several inorganic ester methods commonly used for polysaccharide and their activities of modified polysaccharides were summarized at present.
