Discussion on the theory and practice of food discipline construction in comprehensive university under the background of “double first-class”-In the case of Jilin University
Abstract: When the comprehensive university started the “double first-class” strategy, food science discipline face both new opportunity in the development and great challenge to transformation. In the case of food science discipline in Jilin University, trinity transition model characterized by subject specialty-talent cultivation-teaching staff was raised. The advantages of food science discipline construction in comprehensive university were discussed, such as interdisciplinary intersect, regional advantage, late-developing advantage and talent cultivating advantage. We also proposed integrated construction of “subject-major”, reformation of talent-training mode, improvement in teaching staff construction and promotion of the organic combination of production, learning and research to discuss the minds and reform measures of first-class food discipline constructions in comprehensive university.
