Abstract: The aim of this study was to establish a determination and analysis method for 5 alkaloids and 15 quinolones in hotpot food by UPLC/MSMS with the internal standard method. The sample was extracted by 1% formic acid acetonitrile, protein deposition and disperse solid-phase extraction purification, finally detected by positive ESI-MRM mode with the internal standard method. The result indicated that the standard curves of drug components were linear in the range of 1.0-250 ng/mL which had correlation coefficients greater than 0.997 5. The limits of detection were 0.5-5 μg/kg, the average recoveries of kinds of illegally added drugs were 74.6%-114.8% which with a relative standard deviation less than 15.1%. This method is simple, sensitive and suitable for the determination and confirmation of illegal quinolones and alkaloids in hotpot food.
