摘要

研究了光照强度、pH、锌盐等3种环境因素对富锌和硒的钝顶螺旋藻生长和富集量的影响,表明光照强度对藻生长和富集量的影响具有同步增长的态势,而锌盐、pH对藻生长和富集量的影响却出现不同步性.根据实验结果,调整培养条件,得到新的培养条件,使藻的生长速度加快,对硒富集量提高20.7%,锌富集量提高25.2%.
