摘要 从7株里氏木霉中筛选出1株纤维素酶高产菌Tr-G.通过对培养基中含水量,C:N,初始pH值,葡萄糖、尿素、KH2PO4的添加,培养时间,培养温度以及酶解条件进行优化,获得纤维素酶生产苗株Tr-G的最佳户酶条件为:稻草粉35g,麦麸15g,KH2PO40.25g,MgSO4·7H2O0.025g,(NH4)2SO41g,豆饼粉水解液7mL,葡萄糖0.5%,蒸馏水2.3倍,初始PH值5.0,最适酶解温度为60℃,于28℃培养6d,最大滤纸酶活达308m8G/g·h;尿素对酶活有明显的抑制作用.
