摘要 利用氨基酸分析仪测定乳饮料及乳制品中游离甘氨酸含量,研究了样品前处理方法和仪器色谱分离条件对乳饮料及乳制品中甘氨酸测定的影响.该方法具有较好的重现性,加标回收率为96.4%~100.6%,方法精密度为0.99%,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.999 9,20μL进样最低检出限为1.0 pmol.
