Abstract: Vitamin B12 is a kind of water soluble vitamins. The amount of vitamin B12 in food holds very low level and it is hard to measure because of the complexity of animal food. Analytical techniques were reviewed in the paper such as sample hydrolyzation,solid phase extraxtion,configuration transformation,as well as the focus on the detection method of Vitamin B12 based on the study of vitamin B12 at home and abroad.
