摘要

为了解我国海洋保健食品的现状,根据国家食品药品监督管理局(SFDA)网站公布的国产保健食品数据库的资料(2003年12月12日-2009年07月31日),对我国已经批准的海洋保健食品的年度总数、主要水产原料、功能分布及剂型分布情况等进行了系统的分析,阐述了我国海洋保健食品开发中存在的问题,并对其开发前景进行了展望。

Abstract

The status of native marine health food,the annual number of certifications,the main aquiculture materials,the distribution of claimed functions and forms of the products were analyzed based on the data from the Ministry of SFDA.The problems in the exploitation of marine functional food were analyzed and the development trends were also prospected.
