超临界流体脱脂改进香菇蛋白多糖分离工艺

摘要

以香菇柄为对象,研究了在不同保压时间、CO2压力、温度下超临界CO2对香菇的脱脂率,考察了脱脂工艺对蛋白多糖提取的影响,结果表明:(1)随萃取时间的增加,脱脂率迅速增加,保压时间50min后趋向稳定;(2)较高的萃取温度有利于脱脂;(3)SC-CO2压力存在最适压力(10MPa),高于或低于此压力都会导致脱脂率降低;(4)香菇蛋白多糖的提取率随脱脂率提高而提高,SC-CO2萃取改进脱脂过程对提高香菇蛋白多糖提取率效果十分显著。

Abstract

The effects of removing lipid from Lentinus edodes stem at different operation conditions,including extracting time,CO2 pressure,temperature of SFE process were investigated.The results indicated that:(1)The degreased rate of Lentinus edodes was increased rapidly with the increasing of extracting time and it was stable after 50 minutes;(2)The higher temperature the better of degreasing;(3)The most suitable SC-CO2 pressure was(10 MPa).The degreased rate fallen down both above or below this pressure;(4)The rate of recovery of protein-polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes was increased by the degreased rate augment.In summary,SC-CO2 significantly increased protein-polysaccharides extracting from Lentinus edodes(Berk)Sing.
