摘要

澳大利亚和新西兰寻求通过实施强制性食品致敏原标识的风险管理手段来有效控制食品过敏安全风险。文中介绍了澳大利亚和新西兰食品致敏原强制标识法规的制定背景、发展、具体要求以及行业所采取的应对措施。并提出我国应加快实施强制性食品致敏原标识制度,以实现保护消费者知情权和健康,打破国外技术贸易壁垒,促进出口贸易发展。

Abstract

Australia and New Zealand have been making effort to manage food allergen risk by implementing mandatory food allergen labeling regulation.This paper outline the background,development and the requirements of the mandatory food allergen labeling regulation.The approaches taken by food industry have also been introduced.It is recommended that China need to accelerate its implementation of mandatory food allergen labeling to protect consumers right and health,to break through foreign technical barriers and to promote the export trade.
