摘要

高效阴离子交换色谱-脉冲安培检测法(HPAEC-PAD)测定糖具有灵敏度高,分离效果好,无需衍生等优势,是糖类分析技术的一次重要技术革新。文中重点讨论了近十几年来该检测技术在分析食品中糖方面的应用进展。

Abstract

Determination of carbohydrates with High Performance Anion Echange Chromatography-Pulsed Amperometric Detection(HPAEC-PAD) is a important technological innovation to carbohydrates analysis techniques for its high sensitivity,good separation,no derivatization and other advantages.This article focused on the advance in the application for over a decade in food carbohydrates analysis with this method.
