摘要

分离并初步鉴定了引起冬枣果实腐烂的主要病原菌为交链孢霉菌。在壳聚糖与臭氧体外抑制病原菌孢子繁殖试验的基础上,利用趋势面分析法确定了二者的最佳组合,同时进行了枣果损伤接种试验。结果表明:1.25 mg/mL壳聚糖结合323μg/L臭氧抑制病原菌孢子繁殖效果最佳,0.75 mg/mL壳聚糖结合323μg/L臭氧能明显降低冬枣果实的发病率,抑制病斑的发展速度。

Abstract

Main pathogen of dongzao disease is Alternaria Nees ex wallr by separating and identifying.The opti-mal combination determinated by trend surface analysis was based on inhibition of chitosan and ozone against sporula-tion of the pathogen and wounded-inoculated experimentation of dongzao was studied.The results indicated that the optimal effect on inhibition of sporulation of the pathogen was 1.25 mg/mL chitosan and 323 ug/L ozone.0.75 mg/ mL chitosan combining 323 ug/L ozone could reduce decaying rate of dongzao fruit and could reduce the growing rate of the decayed area.
