摘要

对丙酮丁醇梭菌CICC8016发酵玉米秸秆水解液生产燃料丁醇的工艺条件进行了优化,其最佳工艺条件是:接种量10%、装液量100mL(总容量150mL)、种龄24h、初始pH6.0、发酵时间60h,添加1.3g/L麸皮。在此工艺条件下,玉米秸秆水解液的初始糖浓度为25g/L时,总溶剂(丙酮、丁醇、乙醇,ABE)产量为6.72g/L,其中丁醇4.54g/L,丁醇比例占67.5%,总糖利用率达87.61%,其中木糖利用率为78.37%。

Abstract

Butanol fermentation condition with corn straw hydrolyze as raw material was optimized in this research.The optimal condition was as follows:inoculation amount 10%(v/v),100 mL liquid medium in 150mL total volume flask,seed age 24h,pH 6.0,37℃,fermentation time 60h,with 1.3 g/L bran addition.At this fermentation condition,Clostridium acetobutylicum 8016 could transfer corn straw hydrolyze(total sugar 25g/L) into 6.72 g/L total solvent(acetone,butanol and ethanol,ABE),among which 67.5% was butanol,reached 4.54 g/L.87.61% of total sugar was used by the microbe,and the utilization rate of xylose was 78.37%.
