对重瓣葵花瓣黄色素的提取工艺进行了探索,旨在开发新的天然色素资源,为工业化提取重瓣葵黄色素提供实验依据。采用超声有机溶剂浸提,以提取液在最大吸收波长下的吸光度表示提取效果。在单因素试验的基础上,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计的实验方法,建立了提取温度、液料比、提取剂浓度与提取效果之间的经验数学模型。结果表明:适宜提取工艺条件为提取温度50℃、液料比40∶1(mL∶g)、乙醇体积分数70%,超声处理15 min,恒温浸提3 h,在此条件下,重瓣葵黄色素提取液的吸光度为0.781。
Extraction process of the yellow pigment from sunflower(Helianthus annuus var.nanus flore-pleno) was optimized on the basis of the preliminary exploration.The study was designed to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new pigment resources and the industrialized extraction.Organic solvent extraction was carried out.Extraction effect was represented with the absorbance of extracting solution under the maximum absorption wavelength.Quadratic regression orthogonal rotary tests were designed on the basis of single factor experiments.And the mathematical model of correlation among temperature,ratio of solvent to material,concentration of solvent and extraction effect was established.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were: the ratio of solvent to material 40:1(mL:g) with 70% ethanol,ultrasound treatment 15 min,extraction time 3 h under the constant temperature of 50 ℃.Under the above conditions,the absorbance of the yellow pigment was 0.781.
