摘要

优化壳聚糖纳米TiO2复合膜透CO2性,并将其应用于草莓保鲜实验。结果表明:壳聚糖复合膜最佳配方为:壳聚糖含量1g,纳米TiO2含量0.05g,冰乙酸含量1.8 mL,且透CO2量达到最低为0.062 9 g/d;优化膜处理的草莓常温下贮藏6 d后,腐烂指数比空白组降低了30%;低温4℃下贮藏11 d后,腐烂指数比空白组降低了33.7%。证明优化膜处理可有效延长草莓室温、低温下的贮藏保鲜时间。

Abstract

The chitosan nano-TiO2 membrane was optimized on CO2 permeability,and was used in strawberries fresh-keeping.The results shows that the best formula of chitosan membrane is 1 g of chitosan,0.05 g of nano-TiO2,1.8 mL of glacial acetic acid.The CO2 coefficient of optimized membrane permeability is 0.062 9 g/d.Strawberries with the coating of optimized membrane were stored up to six days at room temperature.Decay index of strawberries of coating optimized membrane is decreased 30%.Strawberries with the coating the optimized membrane were stored up to eleven days at low temperature 4℃,decay index of strawberries is decreased 33.7%.The result proves that the storage period of strawberries are prolonged at room temperature and low temperature by coating optimized membrane.
