摘要

利用基于DNA的分子生物学手段对食用油进行品种鉴定、掺假检测已经成为研究的热点,而其瓶颈就是DNA提取。DNA提取是分子生物学的基础技术,能否提取到高质量的DNA,是食用油研究的关键。文中从样品的前处理、裂解和分离、DNA富集和纯化3个方面分别介绍了几种常用的食用油中DNA提取方法,并对其研究进展进行了概述。

Abstract

To verify the production cultivar and authenticity of edible oil using DNA-based molecular methods has become the hot research.however,the bottle neck of the research is DNA isolation.DNA isolation is one of the basic techniques of molecular biology,and extracting DNA with high quality is the key of edible oil research.In this paper,we described several commonly used methods of DNA isolation in edible oil and their research developments in three aspects :(1)sample preparation;(2)lysis and isolation;(3)enrichment and purification of DNA.
