摘要

研究了采用表面活性剂辅助微波提取香椿黄酮,通过正交实验确定了提取黄酮的工艺条件为:以水为提取溶剂,在预处理条件下[料液比(g:mL)1:20,90℃预煮10 min],加入质量分数为0.8%椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺溶液,微波功率180W下提取10 min,提取5次。

Abstract

Effect of different factors on the extraction of Toona sinensis with surfactant and microwave was studied.The optimum condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best condition was: water extraction,0.8% mass ratio Coconut Diethanol Amide in the pretreatment solution(material to solvent ratio 1∶20,boiling 10min under 90℃),microwave power 180W,extraction for 10min,5 times.
