苹果膳食纤维中半纤维素A的硫酸酯化改性

摘要

从苹果渣中提取出半纤维素A,采用氯磺酸-吡啶法对其进行酯化改性。所得到的硫酸酯化半纤维素A产品取代度为0.36。红外光谱分析表明,酯化半纤维素A具有硫酸基的特征吸收峰。电镜扫描分析表明,酯化前后半纤维素A的微观结构发生一定变化。

Abstract

Hemicellulose A extracted from apple pomace was modified by the method of chlorosulfonic acid-pyridine.The substitution degree of sulfated hemicellulose A was 0.36.The infrared spectrum implied that the sulfated hemicellulose A had characteristic absorption peak of sulfation.The analysis of SEM showed that the micro-structure of sulfated hemicellulose A had some changes compared with the original hemicellulose A.
