摘要

本文对屎肠球菌Enterococcus faecium EC-12的万古霉素耐药基因进行了筛查。通过PCR方法,以七种典型肠球菌万古霉素耐药基因(vanAvanBvanC1vanC2 /C3vanDvanEvanG)进行特异性扩增,结果均为阴性。PCR方法检测万古霉素耐药肠球菌简便、高效、准确,可用于肠球菌万古霉素耐药基因的快速筛查。

Abstract

Vancomycin resistant genes of strain Enterococcus faecium EC-12 were screened in this study. With specific PCR method, seven typical genes vanA, vanB, vanC1, vanC2/C3, vanD, vanE and vanG were amplificated specifically, which were showed negative in strain EC-12.
