Abstract: In the paper,the macroporous resin HPD200A ,which was considered to have better effects of separation for procyanidins from episperm of tea seeds,were selected by method of adsorption and desorption in static state. The effects of separated procyanidins by HPD200A materials were studied according to factors which influenced the PC absorption and desorption in dynamic experiments. The loading speed of sample,value of pH,eluted speed,eluted fluid pH and concentration of ethanol were tested. The result showed that the detection index under the dynamic condition fitted for the theoretical changes. Considering the influence factors and yield ratio,the best condition of separation was:sample loading speed:1.50 ml/min (pH 5.0); eluted sequentially by 20 % ethanol (pH 7.0) and 60 % ethanol (pH 7.0) at speed of 0.50mL/min,purity were 97.22 % and 76.46 % respectively.
