Abstract: The paper studied the antioxidant activity of the 75% ethaonlic extracts from different parts of Lentinus edodes by using the assays of POV valve,·OH and O2-.free radical scavenging and reducing power.The results showed that the both ethaonlic extracts exhibited excellent antioxidation activity,but they were not consistant in the different system.The preliminary chemical test indicated that the extracts contain phenolic compounds,tannins,polysaccharides,flavonoids,phytosterols,etc.
