摘要

脱胶是植物油精炼的第一道工序,脱胶的效果直接影响到精炼的效率和产品的质量。膜法脱胶与传统脱胶方法相比节能,省时,高效,环保。文中介绍了膜法脱胶的基本概念及近年来在膜脱胶领域的研究进展,并对该领域今后的研究和发展做了展望。

Abstract

Degumming is the first step in vegetable oil refining process. Completely getting rid of all the phospholipids is very important for the quality of finished oil. The purpose of this review is to introduce applications and the recent development of membrane technology in the vegetable oil processing. It shows that membrane degumming is not only a promising alternative method,but is also an effective process with advanced technology and less noxious to the environment.
