3-羟基丙酸是具有广阔应用前景的化学物质,其生物制取相对于化学制取又具有成本低、安全性好等优势。笔者从自然环境中筛选可代谢产生3-羟基丙酸的微生物菌株,并尝试探索自然界中微量代谢物质生产菌株的检出方法,同时对所获菌株进行了初步的种属鉴定。通过富集培养、高效液相色谱测定和菌种分离纯化,结果获得以甘油为代谢底物的目标菌株4支,产量在0.1%-0.16%(质量/体积),证明所采用方法的有效性。所获菌株经一系列生理生化试验鉴定,初步判定为土生克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella terrigena)。
3-HP is a kind of chemical substance that has great perspective,and its biological producing may be much cheaper in cost and much better in security rather than chemical.This study was to isolate microbes producing 3-HP from natural environment,and to try to establish a method of identification of trace metabolite and related microbes.At last 4 strains was gained,which proved the feasibility of the technique we used.The 3-HP yield of these strains were about 0.1%-0.16%(w/v),and all these strains were belong to Klebsiella terrigena.
