苦荞β-半乳聚糖的提取分离与结构鉴定

摘要

利用水提、醇沉、多种色谱分离方法从苦荞粉中提取纯化到一种多糖。该多糖易溶于水,分子质量为8.26×105~2.85×106。经毛细管电泳测定其由单一的半乳糖组成的均一多糖。通过核磁共振分析得出其结构为β-1→6半乳聚糖。

Abstract

Polysaccharides was extracted with water from Tartary buckwheat and isolated by column chromatography(DEAE-cellulose,Sephacryl-400 and HW-55).Its was β-1→6 galacan.Its chemical structure was elucidated by means of 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,135DEPT spectroscopic analyses.The Polysaccharides was reported for the first time from Tartary buckwheat.
