木脂素是五味子的主要药用成分,文中利用响应面法优化了超声波辅助提取北五味子藤茎总木脂素的工艺条件。采用比色法测定北五味子藤茎中总木脂素的含量,基于单因素实验,应用Box-behnken设计实验法优化最佳提取方法,选取超声温度、超声时间、超声功率作为自变量,以提取率作为响应函数,采用响应曲面分析法,确定提取北五味子总木脂素适宜工艺条件为:超声波水浴温度55℃,超声功率208W,超声波处理时间12.8min,预测提取率可达到2.713%,与实测提取率(2.425±0.352)%较接近。
Lignans are main medicinal ingredients in Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.Response surface methodlogy(RSA) is used for optimizing the ultrasonic extraction technology of total lignans from caculis of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill with ultrasonic assistance.The experiment utilizes colorimetry method to determinate the total lignan content.Based on single experiments,ultrasonic treatment time,temperature,and power are selected as independent variables.We take the extraction as a response value,and make the response surface analyzer.According to Box-Behnken central composite design,a mathematical model is established.The optimum extraction conditions was;55℃,208w for an ultrasound treatment of 12.8 min.The predicted extraction yield is 2.713%,and the yield of total lignans is(2.425 ± 0.352) %,which agrees with the actual extraction(2.425 ± 0.352) %.
