利用高效液相色谱法检测酒花中12种小分子多酚的含量。该方法的紧密度和准确性高,重现性好,最低检出限小于1.0 mg/L,加标回收率均大于92%,RSD%小于5%,说明该方法准确可靠。用该方法对18种酒花颗粒中的12种多酚物质进行定量分析。

high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method for determination of small molecule polyphenols in hops was established in this paper.The detection limit of this method was under 1.0mg/L,and the recoveries of the polyphenols were all above 92% and relative standard deviation were all bellow 5%,which suggested that the method was accurate.And using the method in determination of 12 polyphenols in 18 kinds of hops.
