为探究酸枣仁提取物与茶氨酸的复合配方对小鼠睡眠的影响及其作用机理,将雄性Balb-c小鼠随机分成3组,酸枣仁提取物、茶叶茶氨酸低剂量组[酸枣仁提取物105 mg/(kg·d)、茶氨酸58 mg/(kg·d)]和高剂量组[酸枣仁提取物158 mg/(kg·d)、茶氨酸87 mg/(kg·d)],以及对照组(蒸馏水),连续灌胃30 d,测定各项睡眠指标以及血液和脑组织中各项指标。结果显示,与对照组相比,低剂量组与高剂量组小鼠催眠实验入睡率显著增加,脑组织中5-羟色胺浓度显著提高,β-内啡肽的浓度显著降低。此外,高剂量组小鼠睡眠时间显著延长(P<0.01),睡眠潜伏期显著缩短(P<0.01),血液中色氨酸的浓度显著提高(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,酸枣仁与茶氨酸复合配方,当酸枣仁提取物剂量为158 mg/(kg·d),茶氨酸剂量为87 mg/(kg·d)时,具有改善睡眠的作用,这可能是通过影响小鼠血液中色氨酸,脑中5-羟色胺和β-内啡肽浓度实现的。
