摘要

立德树人是高等教育的根本任务,而课程思政是新时代的主题,课程思政既是实现高校立德树人的根本保证,也是提高我国高校人才的家国情怀和责任意识的有效途径,将思政教育融入到专业课程中,进行创新性的教学设计并付诸实践,对提高食品专业学生的综合素养具有重要的现实意义。该文根据《食品添加剂》课程的性质和特点,围绕课程教学目标,深度挖掘本课程每个章节知识点的思政元素,并基于成果导向教育(Outcomes Based Education,OBE)理念对采用混合式教学的课程进行具体的设计和实践,努力探索出一种既能提高食品专业学生的创新精神和实践能力,又能增强其民族自豪感和责任感的新方法,同时也为本专业其他课程的教学设计和实践提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract

Moral and political education is the fundamental task of higher education, and curriculum ideological and political education is the theme of the new era. Curriculum ideological and political education is not only the fundamental guarantee to realize the moral and humanity education in colleges and universities, but also an effective way to improve the care of students for family and country, and their responsibility consciousness. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to improve the comprehensive quality of students majoring in food science. According to the nature and characteristics of the Food Additives course and its teaching objectives, this paper deeply explored the ideological and political elements of the knowledge points in each chapter of the course, and carried out specific design and practice of the blended teaching course based on outcome-based education (OBE) theory. It tried to explore a new method to improve students' innovative spirit and practical ability, and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems, as well as their national pride and sense of responsibility. At the same time, it also provides some theoretical references for the teaching design and practice of other courses in food major.
