白藜芦醇降糖作用机制的最新研究进展

摘要

白藜芦醇是一种来源于植物的多酚化合物,广泛存在于葡萄、花生和浆果等多种植物中,具有多种生化和生理活性,包括抗氧化、抗肥胖、抗肿瘤和抗衰老等。该文综述了近几年白藜芦醇在降血糖方面的国内外最新研究进展,从白藜芦醇可以通过抑制糖异生、抑制糖苷酶、促进胰岛素的合成和分泌、调节肠道菌群、抗氧化应激、抗炎症反应等方面对血糖起调节作用进行论述,以期为白藜芦醇在降血糖方面的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract

Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound derived from plants, which widely exists in grapes, peanuts, berries, and other plants, and has a variety of biochemical and physiological activities, including antioxidant, anti-obesity, anti-tumor, and anti-ageing etc. This article summarized the latest research progress of resveratrol in lowering blood sugar at home and abroad in recent years, from the perspective that resveratrol could inhibit gluconeogenesis, inhibit glycosidase, promote the synthesis and secretion of insulin, and regulate intestinal flora. Anti-oxidative stress, anti-inflammatory response, and other aspects of blood sugar regulation were discussed to provide a theoretical basis for the research of resveratrol in lowering blood sugar.
