细胞培养肉发展的伦理问题与应对策略

摘要

细胞培养肉生产技术是现代食品工业科技发展的重要成果,在缓解肉类食品供给压力、加强自然环境保护、维护人体营养健康和促进科技创新发展等方面具有积极作用和重要价值。但是,细胞培养肉的发展对我国畜牧业发展、食品安全维护、道德法治规范和消费者传统观念也会产生影响,容易引发社会公众的伦理忧虑。因此,如何有效规范细胞培养肉的技术应用和促进细胞培养肉的发展不仅成为食品科技工作者需要审慎思考的学术问题,也成为社会公众广泛关注的社会问题。在此方面,应当坚持以新发展理念和大食物观为指导,通过协调细胞培养肉与畜牧业的发展关系,加强食品安全立法和监管,强化科技伦理治理工作和消除消费者伦理忧虑等措施推动细胞培养肉的健康发展。

Abstract

Cell-cultured meat production technology is an important achievement in the development of modern food industry technology. It has a positive role and important value in alleviating the supply pressure of meat food, strengthening natural environmental protection, maintaining human nutrition and health, and promoting technological innovation and development. However, the development of cell-cultured meat will also have an impact on the development of animal husbandry, food safety maintenance, moral and legal norms, and traditional consumer beliefs in China, which can easily trigger ethical concerns among the public. Therefore, how to effectively regulate the application of cell-cultured meat technology and promote the development of cell-cultured meat has not only become an academic issue that food technology workers need to carefully consider but also a social issue that the public is widely concerned about. In this regard, China should adhere to the guidance of the new development concept and the big food concept, and promote the healthy development of cell-cultured meat through measures such as coordinating the development relationship between cell-cultured meat and animal husbandry, strengthening food safety legislation and supervision, strengthening scientific and technological ethics governance work, and eliminating consumer ethical concerns.
