Food and Fermentation Industries decided to publish semi-monthly!
Food and Fermentation Industries (F&FI) keeps being a leading scientific journal in the field of foods in 2018. Regarding food related scientific journals, F&FI is one of five in CSCD-C, one of 21 in A Guide to the Core Chinese periodical, and one of 27 in Chinese Science and Technology Paper Citation Database (CSTPCD). Besides, the combined impact factor of F&FI ranked the 4th among 51 food science related scientific journals in Annual Report on the Influencing Factors of Chinese Academic Journals.
