万寿菊中叶黄素的提取及分离工艺

摘要

研究了从万寿菊干花颗粒中分离皂化叶黄素的生产工艺。得到最佳的生产工艺条件:提取溶剂采用石油醚,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为每次5h,提取2次,料液比(g∶mL)1∶7;皂化时NaOH的浓度为35%,皂化温度60℃,皂化时间6 h;经皂化后处理,游离叶黄素的纯度达到98.6%。

Abstract

The extraction and saponification of lutein from marigold dried flower grains were investigated.The optimum process conditions were selected as follows: petroleum ether was chosen as extraction solvent,extraction temperature was set at 60℃,extraction process lasted for 6 h,2 times extraction,and the ratio of marigold to extraction solvent was 1:7(g:mL).The results showed that the optimal saponification parameter was: 35% NaOH,at 60℃ for 6h.After the saponification and purification,the purity of free lutein reached to 98.6%.
