摘要

在0~1℃温度下,对黄花菜采用塑料薄膜小包装MA贮藏,研究了以不同CO2浓度作为通风指标的保鲜效果。(1)单指标CO2浓度(即每当袋内CO2浓度分别上升到8%~10%、11%~13%与14%~16%时开袋通风)试验表明:袋内CO2浓度上升到14%~16%时通风的贮藏效果最优,贮藏30 d时其好花率为94.34%,40d时为81.94%。(2)双指标CO2浓度(首次通风时袋中CO2浓度分别为22%~24%、26%~28%,此后皆按14~16%时通风)试验表明:首次以CO2浓度达22%~24%时通风的保鲜效果较好,黄花菜贮藏40 d时其好花率为99.85%,50 d时为86.32%。

Abstract

The effects of CO2 density for ventilation on daylily vegetable MA storage in small plastic bag were carried out under 0~1℃.(1)The single index of CO2 showed the best treatment was 14%~16%(3 levels of CO2 density 8%~10%、11%~13% and 14%~16% were compared in ventilation),and good flower rate was kept 94.34% and 81.94% after harvest 30 days and 40 days respectively.(2)The double index experiment was performed with CO2 density 22%~24% or 26%~28% first and then reduced to 14%~16%.The results showed the optimum treatment with 22%~24% CO2 density first had the best good flower rate to 99.85 % and 86.32% after harvest 40 days and 50 days respectively.
