以糖蜜为原料生产生防酵母Rhodosporidium paludigenum的培养及发酵条件研究

摘要

Rhodosporidium paludigenum是1株对果蔬采后病害具有很好抑制作用的海洋酵母。为了尽可能多的获得活菌体,选用甘蔗糖蜜为碳源来生产高生物量的拮抗酵母Rhodosporidium paludigenum,并对培养基和发酵条件进行优化。通过单因素实验和正交实验得到了以下结果:当培养基中加入9%糖蜜和0.2%酵母粉,初始pH值8.0,接种量3%,装液量45mL/250mL,发酵时间56h条件下,Rhodosporidium paludigenums细胞生物量达到最大,为13.50g/L。

Abstract

A cost-effective molasses medium was developed for enhancing the biomass production of biocontrol yeast Rhodosporidium paludigenum.The optimum media components were 9% cane molasses and 0.2% yeast extract.The fermentation conditions were optimized through single-factor experiments and an orthogonal test.The highest biomass production of 13.50 g/L could be obtained at following conditions:the initial pH 8.0,the inoculums 3%(v/v),medium volume 45 mL/250 mL and a fermentation time of 56 h.Further research is worthwhile in this field.
