摘要

该文探究含枸杞子提取物保健食品的组方规律并分析其质量控制现状。通过检索国家市场监督管理总局及药智网含枸杞子提取物保健食品,采用复杂网络和关联规则等分析其组方规律,同时结合文献分析其质量控制现状。共收集枸杞子提取物保健食品208例,涉及17种保健功能与138种原料,共划分为8个社团,结合中医理论,归纳为8种治则;保健功能以“有助于增强免疫力”和“缓解体力疲劳”为主,前者主要配伍组合为灵芝提取物-西洋参、黄芪提取物-西洋参和黄芪提取物-黄精提取物,后者常用药物组合是西洋参提取物-刺五加提取物、鹿茸-麦冬提取物和西洋参提取物-麦冬提取物;功效成分/标志性成分涉及55种,粗多糖出现频次最高,为137次,目前对于枸杞子提取物的质量控制无统一标准,相关研究较少,主要包括多糖含量测定及单糖组成分析。数据挖掘和复杂网络分析用于保健食品组方规律研究,可为其研发提供新思路;枸杞子提取物及其保健食品质量控制研究有待深入,多种分析技术联用可能为其质量控制研究的新方向。

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the formula rule of health food containing Lycium barbarum extract (LBE) and to analyze its quality control status. Through searching the information on health food containing LBE on the State Administration for Market Regulation and Pharmaceutical Intelligence data network, and using complex network and association rule analysis, the formula regularity of health food containing LBE was summarized. At the same time, its quality control status was analyzed based on the literature. Results showed that 208 health foods containing LBE included 17 health functions and 138 raw materials, and they were divided into 8 communities. Combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory, 8 therapeutical principles were summarized. Enhancing immunity and alleviating physical fatigue were the main health functions. The most commonly used combinations of the former were Ganoderma extract-Panacis Quinquefolii Radix, Astragali Radix extract-Panacis Quinquefolii Radix, and Astragali Radix extract-Polygonati Rhizoma extract. The common combinations of the latter were Panacis Quinquefolii Radix extract-Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis extract, Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum-Ophiopogonis Radix extract, and Panacis Quinquefolii Radix extract-Ophiopogonis Radix extract. 208 health foods containing LBE included 55 functional components, and the frequency of crude polysaccharides was the highest (137 times). At present, there is no unified standard for the quality control of LBE. There are a few related studies, mainly including the determination of polysaccharide content and the analysis of monosaccharide composition. Data mining and complex network analysis can provide new ideas for researching and developing healthy food. The quality control of LBE and its health food needs to be further studied, and the combination of various analytical techniques may be a new direction for their quality control.
